As of April 2014, it has signage for Prestige Vision car hire, though the Prestige Vision website states that the company is actually based in Swanley, Kent. We're not sure what's going on at the South End premises. (As of November 2014, the signage remains but the company's website has disappeared.)

It was vacant as of October 2013, with signage indicating that it used to be something called MSC photo.

At some point in the past it seems to have been a taxation and accountancy services provider called Keepers photo.
