It was previously a printers called Benchmark Reprographics photo, but this moved to 5 Swan Close, CR0 2DZ some time between February and July 2015 photo of sign. As of August 2012, the frontage advertised "copy, print, scan, document management, posters, canvases, signs, banners, CAD plotting, plan copying, business cards, letterheads, comp slips, flyers, photocopying, colour copying".
The premises were vacant as of July 2015 and still vacant as of December 2015 and February 2016 photo. As of September 2016, it looked like there was something happening inside, but it wasn't clear what what. By March 2017 there was signage for a commercial cleaning and caretaking firm called Rochelle Ltd.
