A new Brazilian/Portuguese deli/cafe, a new training centre, a new phone shop, and closure of Kizala

A new Brazilian/Portuguese deli/cafe called Lusitano Stores has opened at 19a St George's Walk (where Penny Blue used to be).
Also on St George's Walk, a training and education centre called Excel Education has opened at numbers 21-23, where Mamma Mia used to be.
In other St George's Walk news, Kizala is closing its Croydon shop and converting to an online-only business at www.kizala.com. When we walked past last Friday, there were notices in the windows advertising a closing-down sale and explaining that the shop will be closing at some point (as yet unknown) "in early January 2014".
Finally, 21 Church Street, previously Cow & Chicken, is due to become a phone shop.
