Business premises on South End. As of December 2019 it's under refurbishment to open as a Kurdish restaurant called Mamle photo taken through window.
It was previously a Thai restaurant called Mae Ping photo, part of a small chain, but this closed some time between August 2015 and early October 2015.
A Vietnamese restaurant called Cát Bà Island photo opened in October or November 2015, but closed down again some time between March and November 2017.
The premises were vacant as of early December 2017, but with a sign up stating that a restaurant called Chicago Steak House would be "opening soon" photo. This was open by June 2018 as a halal steak restaurant, but closed down again some time between July and November 2019 photo.
