Vacant as of July 2013, with old signage for a shop called "Nitters Needs" (sic). According to Google Street View, as of July 2008 the situation was exactly the same, with the same old signage too. Still vacant as of July 2015, March 2017, October 2017, February 2018, and December 2019.
