According to a chap from [[Al-Waqt Electrical Ltd, 177 London Road\|Al-Waqt Electrical]] next door, the cafe proprietors moved to a new location further up London Road near Thornton Heath Pond.	Hard Jazz Cafe opened in November 2011 and closed some time in mid-2012.
