The premises were vacant as of July 2012 photo. Still vacant as of July 2013 photo, but being used as an advertising display for Home Again (which is just opposite).
In July 2014, a fabric shop, clothes shop, and dressmakers called Paul & Lydia opened photo. According to a member of staff, they moved here from Bonita at 33 George Street (though the latter remained open). Some time between May 2016 and March 2017, this became Anesu Kolours.
