Convenience store on South End, with a (free) external cash machine.
Not sure what the actual name of this place is, though the internet suggests it may be (or perhaps used to be) called Balmoral Newsagents. Nisa-Today's is a symbol group rather than a brand.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1969 the premises were indeed occupied by a business called Balmoral (most easily visible at original size).
