It was previously a recruitment agency called Berry Recruitment photo, but at some point between October 2017 and March 2019 this closed its Croydon branch. According to notices in the window, their industrial and catering section moved to their Sutton branch and their office and finance section moved to their West Wickham branch.
The premises were previously occupied by Robert Edward Insurance Consultants photo, but this moved to 28 Dingwall Road, CR0 2NH, some time between September and November 2016.
The premises were vacant as of mid-November 2016. Still vacant as of March 2017, but there was a "shop under offer" sign. By the end of March, recruitment agency Berry Recruitment (previously at 291-293 High Street) was preparing to move in, and the move happened on 5 April (see also article on the Berry Recruitment website).
