Food-and-drink-focused mall next to East Croydon Station, with entrances on George Street (pictured) and Dingwall Road photo. It opened in late October 2016.

Accessibility: Step-free access to the top level via a ramp from George Street and to the lower level from Dingwall Road. There are accessible toilets on both levels. There's also a lift between the two levels, but as of early November 2016 this is not yet working (they hope to have it working ASAP). Most if not all of the units are quite narrow and have little or no turning space for wheelchairs.

Existence last checked in November 2016.
