Food-and-drink-focused mall next to East Croydon Station, with entrances on George Street (pictured) and Dingwall Road photo. It opened in late October 2016.

Accessibility: Step-free access to the top level via a ramp from George Street and to the lower level from Dingwall Road. There are accessible toilets on both levels. There's also a lift between the two levels. Most if not all of the units are quite narrow and have little or no turning space for wheelchairs.
