Business premises on South End, vacant as of August 2019.

It was previously a French restaurant called Brasserie Vacherin photo, but this closed down in early 2019.

According to the Brasserie Vacherin website as of April 2019, the restaurant was "closed for a few weeks for refurbishment", while local group Croydon Eats Out reported that people with reservations were not informed of the closure. As of May 2019, there was a pile of unopened mail inside the door and the menu had been removed from the outside, but there was no obvious sign of refurbishment work going on. By August 2019 the signage had also been removed.

Prior to June 2013, it was called Fish & Grill photo. The owner, Malcolm John, rebranded it to Brasserie Vacherin in that month in line with another of his restaurants of that name in Sutton.
