It appears to house a variety of community health services, possibly including the Croydon Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) and the Croydon Health Library & Resources Service.
According to the Croydon NHS website, it also used to be the base of the Community Intermediate Care Service (CICS), but this was split up and moved to two different locations in September 2011.
