It was previously a school called Educational Excellence & Wellbeing photo, but according to Ofsted this closed down in March 2018.
It was vacant as of July 2012, with signage indicating it was previously occupied by Connexions career services photo.
In October 2013, a company called Educational Excellence & Wellbeing was granted planning permission to use the premises as an educational training centre. As of January 2014 their signage had gone up on the building photo, though it wasn't clear if they were actually open yet.
