According to a photo on Flickr, as of December 1990 the Church Street premises were occupied by a "hi-fi centre" and "Gultronics computer centre" called Sarays.

According to Dirty Croydon Love, they were later occupied by an audiovisual equipment shop called X Electrical photo, which according to an archived version of the X Electrical website opened in Church Street in January 2001.
