Business premises on Selsdon Road in South Croydon. As of February 2018 it seems to be being fitted out for a new business photo, but it's not clear what it's going to be.
It was vacant and advertised to let as of August 2012, with signage indicating it used to be an estate agents called Easylet (or possibly Easy Let, Easy Let UK, or Easylet UK) photo.
Still vacant as of October 2013, April 2014, November 2014, July 2015, December 2015, September 2016, and March 2017. As of July 2017, it was still vacant but there seemed to be building work going on. By October 2017 it had a new shopfront photo but was still vacant.
