According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1981 it was a cake shop called W E Wilson (aka Wilsons).

Later it was a reggae music and merchandise shop called Reggaemasters photo, but in 2018 this moved around the corner to 55 Frith Road. 1 Drummond Road was vacant as of December 2018 photo.
