The premises are occupied by two separate businesses, though they go under the same name. At the front there's a nutritional therapist, offering dietary consultations and various "shakes". At the back there's a small gym with a personal trainer and massage services.
A sign on the door as of October 2012 reads "Wellness Centre / Club 42 / Healthy Fast Food / Louis de Souza and Fatima Mahumudi".
