Business premises on George Street.
Previously a Chinese buffet restaurant called Oriental Xpres, but this closed some time in the latter half of 2012. As of November 2012 there was a notice in the window photo claiming that the closure was due to the owner being on holiday, but as of February 2013 this notice remains in place and the restaurant remains closed.
According to Google Street View, as of July 2009 it was a tattoo parlour called Needle Time.
