It was previously occupied by an alterations and dry cleaning shop called Top Stitch, but in September 2018 this moved down the road to 69 High Street due to redevelopment of the entire block photo of notice.
By July 2012 it was occupied by the High Street offices of the Croydon branch of Age UK, but this moved to Park House, 22 Park Street, some time between May 2016 and January 2017 photo of sign. (Their main central Croydon office remained around the corner at 2 Katharine Street.)
The premises remained vacant until March or early April 2017, when an alterations and dry cleaning shop called Top Stitch opened photo. In September 2018, this moved down the road to 69 High Street due to redevelopment of the entire block photo of notice.
