In February 2018, a skills and professional development company called LSDN opened here, specialising in courses such as railway engineering, security, and health and social care. Its main office was in Sussex House on [[Locale George Street|George Street]], and most of the classes were held there. The Norfolk House premises were used for student enrollment and study facilities. This was still in place in December 2019. |
