It was vacant for the first few years of the 2010s, but in June 2015 a coffee shop called Gelattiamo opened in the left-hand part <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/19722733236/ photo]</small>. As well as coffee (and tea and hot chocolate), it also did salads, panini, cakes, and ice cream. There were a couple of seats inside and a few more outside. |

According to one of the shopfitters inside, this would be run by different people from the previous incarnation. It was open by the end of the month <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/26260629686/ photo]</small> but closed again some time between March 2017 and June 2018. Accountancy firm [https://www.taxaccolega.co.uk/ Taxaccolega], which had previously been further along the same block at number 193b <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7177738682/ photo]</small>, moved into the right-hand side of this unit some time between May and December 2014, and by May 2016 it had been joined by printing firm I You Print <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/27165988372/ photo]</small>. Some time between March 2017 and June 2018, the I You Print printing equipment was moved to the left-hand part of the unit which had been vacated by Smoketronics. By November 2019 a consultant from [https://www.goodwillsolicitors.com/ Goodwill Solicitors] was also using the space <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/49023909971/ photo of sign]</small>, though according to the owner of the company (via email, August 2023) this was for pre-arranged client meetings only, as the company's main offices were elsewhere. Taxaccolega and I You Print were still present in December 2019. |
