By July 2012 it was occupied by an American restaurant called Buffalo Bar & Grill <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7662591914/ photo]</small>, but this closed in mid-2017 for "major refurbishment" <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/35788021261/ photo of notice]</small> and relaunched in September 2017 as The Big Eat <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/24463798688/ photo]</small>. The Big Eat occupied only half of the full space of the building, whereas Buffalo occupied it all. The other half became Casafina tapas restaurant <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/37618287774/ photo]</small>.
