An electronics buy/sell/exchange shop called Electronics Exchange opened in August 2013, though it didn't get a sign up with the new name on until late September or early October. This remained until some time between March and July 2017, when it moved a few doors down to smaller premises at [[Electronics Exchange, 20 Station Road|number 20]].

The premises were still vacant as of March 2018 <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/40017773984/ photo]</small>. Some time between then and May 2018, a hairdressers and beauty salon called Amaya opened up.
