Accessibility: A small step (kerb-height) to get in, then a shallow ramp. Haven't checked the toilets yet. The tables are not fixed, but are a little heavy to move if you need more room.
Child-friendliness: Three highchairs available for children.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1989 the premises were occupied by a shop called Lady At Scruples. According to Google Street View, it's been the Golden Chef's Grill since at least July 2008.
