The premises were previously occupied by a sort-of estate agents called Inspired Homes, which opened some time between October 2017 and June 2018. However by October 2019 there was a notice in the window photo stating that Inspired Asset Management "are no longer at this address and are in administration".
The premises were previously occupied by an employment agency; initially independent under the name PRC Employment photo (see archived version of website), this joined the Berry Recruitment group in 2014 (see PDF announcement). Some time between August and November 2014, the frontage was rebranded to match photo.
Berry Recruitment then moved to 1a Selsdon Road in April 2017.
The premises remained vacant as of June 2017 and October 2017.
