17-21 Dingwall Road was previously occupied by Jobcentre Plus photo, but this closed some time between April and early July 2018 photo, with its functions moving to Bernard Weatherill House on Mint Walk.

By early July 2019 the old building had been demolished and there was a hoarding up in front advertising a "landmark development of luxury apartments with a gym, concierge and incredible view" (pictured).
