Business premises on the High Street. As of December 2017 it was being used as a marketing suite (pictured) for Leon House, an office block turned into flats, but by December 2019 the marketing suite had closed and the premises were being used to display adverts for the flats photo.
It was previously occupied by a cafe called Cafe Santa Fe photo, but this closed down some time between October 2013 and March 2014 photo.
It was vacant as of February 2015, July 2015, December 2015, September 2016, March 2017, and October 2017. Still vacant as of November 2017, but there was building work going on inside.
