In autumn 2013, plans were announced to run a series of pop-up shops in the space. The first of these, a babies/children's clothes shop, opened in October 2013 and had closed again by January 2014.
As of early January 2014 the shop is between tenants photo of stripped-out interior taken through shutter.
It was previously an army surplus shop.
As of early December 2012, the premises were vacant, shuttered, and advertised to let.
