As of January 2014 it's stripped out and there's shopfitting work going on inside, though there are no clues as to what it will be when it opens.
As of July 2012, the frontage of World News advertised "open till late, off licence, English & Polish food, news & mag, fruit & veg, toys, greeting cards, party items, mobile top-up" as well as "Oyster ticket stop".
World News closed some time between February 2013 and January 2014.
