Business premises on South End in South Croydon, vacant as of July 2015. Still vacant as of December 2015. Still vacant as of September 2016. Still vacant as of July 2017, but with some sort of work going on inside. As of August 2017 the hoarding shown here has come down, and although it's still empty inside there's a sign up reading "Prime Relocate", so presumably it will become an estate agent.
It was vacant and boarded up as of August 2012 photo.
In March 2013, planning permission was granted for a change of use to A3 (restaurant and cafe), but it was still boarded up as of July 2013 photo, October 2013, April 2014, and November 2014.
As of December 2014, work was underway to fit a decorative hoarding in front of the shop, as part of the Connected Croydon public realm improvements. This was complete by February 2015 (pictured).
