Opticians on the High Street.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1980 the premises were occupied by an opticians called "(something) & Oldfield", while according to another photo on Flickr, as of c. 1990 the occupant was an opticians called Rawling & Oldfield. Presumably the 1980 occupant was also Rawling & Oldfield, and it's also possible that this was related to today's Rawlings Opticians.
