Existence last checked in January 2015.
It was previously a cafe called Marakesh Sheesha House photo, with a shisha garden at the back. This opened in mid-2013, but probably closed some time between September and December of the same year. As of May 2014 the shisha garden at the back had been dismantled photo.
It was definitely vacant as of June 2014 photo.
In September 2014, signage went up for a business called DS Legal Services photo. This opened some time between October 2014 and January 2015.
