Note: As of August 2016 the windows have notices in them that suggest a permanent or temporary closure; we saw this from a tram so didn't get a closer look, and aren't sure if it indicates closure or refurbishment.
By July 2012 it was occupied by an employment agency called Manpower photo. This closed down by July 2013 photo. The premises were still vacant as of July 2014 and July 2015. Post & Packing opened some time between July 2015 and late September 2015.
