It's not clear whether this is one or two businesses. The photo on this page illustrates the left-hand side of the lot, while this photo illustrates the right-hand side. The car wash part photo is down the side, on Montague Road.
As of May 2013 the left-hand side of the lot seems to have moved over mainly to tyres — not sure if they still do car sales or other car parts.
