According to a photo on Flickr, at some point in the past the premises were occupied by Lee Kiu Chinese supermarket.
By July 2012, it was a convenience store called Green Shop, with a frontage advertising "wine, beer, spirits, magazines, newspapers, crisps, snacks, toiletries, soft drinks, sandwiches, confectionery" as well as "Oyster ticket stop". This was still there in December 2019.
