It's been there since at least February 2008.
It also has a few food outlets. As of November 2013 these were Caffe Nero, Yo Sushi, Zest Cafe/Zest Grill, and Pizzeria@Croydon. As of January 2019, there's a cafe called Saima's Tea Room on level -2, and the Caffe Nero seems to still be there, but the others seem to have gone.
