Small Ghanaian restaurant and takeaway on Station Road, near West Croydon Station.
It has seating for around 15 people. There is usually a buffet (available for eat-in or takeaway) as well as the main menu of things like egusi stew photo, waakye (rice and beans) photo, okra stew, fufu, pounded yam, jollof rice, etc.
Accessibility: A step to get in, and another step to get to the seating area. The toilets are next door, in the Gipsy Tavern.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1985 the premises were occupied by a shop called Stitches. According to another, Stitches was still there in 1989. It also appears as Stitches in the 2nd edition of the Burrows Communications "Shop Til You Drop" guide (date unknown, but probably around 2000-2002).
