According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1989 this was Jo Jo's Designer Dress Agency.
As of May 2012 it was an estate agents called Arctic Finance and Estates photo. As of June 2013, Arctic Finance had closed, and there was shopfitting work going on inside photo.
Electronics Exchange opened in August 2013, though it didn't get a sign up with the new name on until late September or early October.
