Hotel on the corner of Wellesley Road and Lansdowne Road. According to a plaque on the side of the building photo, the foundation stone was laid on 15 November 2000.

The bar and restaurant are open to non-residents, including for breakfast. According to an email from reception in September 2016, the restaurant is open 6:30am-10am and 6pm-10pm Mon-Fri, and 7am-11am and 6pm-10pm Sat-Sun, while the bar serves food noon-10pm every day. Bookings are only required for groups of more than 5 people.

Accessibility: A ramp to get in, then it's step-free to the restaurant, at least part of the bar, and the toilets (including an accessible one).
