Numbers 3-5 Katharine Street were demolished in 2019 as part of the Queens Square development
They were previously occupied by a business-focused further education college called the Fairfield School Of Business, but this moved to Citylink West, 2 Addiscombe Road, CR0 5TT some time between June and November 2018.
As of November 2018 this entire stretch was boarded off, and by May 2019 demolition was well-advanced photo.
