Next door is a hostel called Wellington Hostel, used by Croydon Council to house homeless people, and beyond that is a coworking space called The Business Xchange Hub photo.
Previous occupants have included the Lansdowne Lounge Bar photo, a coffee shop called Coffee Xchange photo, and various restaurants: Cotto e Mangiato photo, Buongiorno Burgers photo, and Salve photo.
The coffee shop at the front used to be called Coffee Monkey, but this closed down in late August 2016.
