Bar/cafe/restaurant on the High Street.
It opened some time between May and July 2013. Before that it was a brasserie-style French restaurant called La Rochelle photo, and before that it was Bar Red Square photo.
The food side of the business seems to be called Chilli Corner; it's mainly Indian food though they also do burgers and panini.

According to the Croydon Advertiser, the owner of La Rochelle previously ran two other French restaurants in Croydon; Le Bien Manger (on the High Street where Miso now is) and Jardin de Provence (on South End where Mirch Masala now is).
As of May 2013 there were signs up in the windows photo indicating that it would be opening soon as R&R's Lounge Bar. R&R's was open by July 2013. As of August 2013 it did light meals only (sandwiches, wraps, and jacket potatoes) but by October 2013 it was also offering curry-based hot food (photos: 1, 2, 3).
