Cafe and coffee shop on London Road. It opened in April 2014.
It does cooked breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, cakes, coffee, and tea. The food is halal, so the cooked breakfast has beef sausages and no bacon. Vegetarian sausages are also available.

Some years later, the occupant was a noodle bar called Udon.
At some point before 2012 it was occupied by Nash barbers and hairdressers photo, but Nash moved across the road to number 61 in early 2012. As of May 2012, number 74 was vacant photo.
By March 2013, an interpreting and translation service called Language Friendship & Co photo had moved in, but this closed some time between May 2013 and January 2014. According to a poster in the window as of March 2013 photo, they either used to have or still do have another base in West Croydon on the first floor of numbers 51-53 London Road. As of January 2014, number 74 was vacant photo.
As of mid-April 2014 the premises were under refurbishment to reopen as a coffee shop called Finjan, with a frontage advertising coffee, tea, baguettes, soups, croissants, and sandwiches photo. Finjan opened on Tuesday 22 April 2014.
