It was still vacant as of June 2013 photo and still vacant as of September 2013. A discount clothes shop called Magenta photo opened some time between June and September 2014, but had closed again by June 2015 photo.
A gift shop called Menkind photo, specialising in "original gifts for men", opened some time between June and late November 2015. It closed down again some time between January and May 2016 photo, but some time between September and November of the same year it opened another, smaller branch in Unit 123.
As of late September 2016 there were signs up saying a branch of Tapi Carpets would be opening here soon, and this was open by mid-November.
