It was previously an electronics buy/sell/exchange shop called Electronics Exchange (pictured), but this moved a few doors down to smaller premises at number 20 some time between March and July 2017.
As of May 2012 it was an estate agents called Arctic Finance and Estates photo. As of June 2013, Arctic Finance had closed, and there was shopfitting work going on inside photo.
An electronics buy/sell/exchange shop called Electronics Exchange opened in August 2013, though it didn't get a sign up with the new name on until late September or early October. This remained until some time between March and July 2017, when it moved a few doors down to smaller premises at number 20.
