By July 2012 it was occupied by an employment agency called [http://www.jark.co.uk/ Jark] <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7667508748/ photo]</small>, but this closed by February 2013. As of February 2013 the premises were cleared out and vacant, and were still vacant as of August 2014. Skunk House, a head shop and "lifestyle accessories" shop, opened in September 2015, selling scales, incense, rolling papers, and so on.
