The premises were previously occupied by a sort-of estate agents called Inspired Homes, which opened some time between October 2017 and June 2018. However by October 2019 there was a notice in the window <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/48973212932/ photo]</small> stating that Inspired Asset Management "are no longer at this address and are in administration". <div class="history"> The premises were previously occupied by an employment agency; initially independent under the name PRC Employment <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7670348368/ photo]</small> (see [http://web.archive.org/web/20130111034837/http://www.prcemployment.com/pages/home.aspx archived version of website]), this joined the Berry Recruitment group in 2014 (see [http://www.berryrecruitment.co.uk/uploaded/up_58_pdf.pdf PDF announcement]). Some time between August and November 2014, the frontage was rebranded to match <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/15779603721/ photo]</small>.
