By mid-2008 it was occupied by a bar, nightclub, and restaurant called Tiger Tiger <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/55935853@N00/2770914036/ photo from August 2008]</small> <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7489704806/ photo from July 2012]</small>, but this [http://www.croydonadvertiser.co.uk/Croydon-s-Tiger-Tiger-nightclub-close-Saturday/story-28465759-detail/story.html closed down] in January 2016. The space remained vacant for much of 2016, but as of December 2016 there was building work going on inside and a sign in the window <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/31453243046/ photo]</small> inviting applications from people who'd like to work at a forthcoming branch of Turtle Bay Caribbean restaurant. Turtle Bay was open by February 2017, and still present in December 2019.
