By July 2012 it was occupied by employment agency Brook Street photo, but some time between June and September 2017 this vacated the ground floor and switched to operating from the upper floor only, with a separate entrance.

In February 2018, a skills and professional development company called LSDN opened here, specialising in courses such as railway engineering, security, and health and social care. Its main office was in Sussex House on George Street, and most of the classes were held there. The Norfolk House premises were used for student enrollment and study facilities. This was still in place in December 2019.
